We have been using RMT’s IT support services for the last twelve months, following some issues we had with our shared server - cloud environment. Brad, Jason and the team at RMT have been exceptional to deal with during that time, having first resolved our issues and since then, with the managing of our day to day support requirements. We moved to RMT for our IT support after a poor Cloud migration experience. With their assistance, we have been able to complete this migration and now utilise them for our general IT support needs.
